July can be a quiet month in some companies, but at Auctionity we definitely kept on track and continued our steady efforts to improve the saleroom and create meaningful connections. Let’s jump right into the July updates!
Our devs have been hard at work in order to release as many new features as possible during the summer months. As a reminder, we gave you a full list of the upcoming features in the July monthly news. We are now happy to announce that the multi-auctioneer feature is now live which means that a specific sale can have more than one auctioneer.
This opens the way to more interactive auction sales in several languages and also a far less restrictive application process to become auctioneer. Now anyone with a Youtube account can animate a sale on the Auctionity Saleroom and earn part of the community reward. Other features are being completed and will be released shortly.
Here at Auctionity, we strive to make our platform easy to use for anyone who needs to leverage the power of blockchain auctions, be it to create an auction or setting up a custom saleroom. To this end, we have issued a complete documentation to help users create and customize their own saleroom, use the Auctionity API or integrate the Auctionity widget on their website.
To view the full documentation please visit this link: https://docs.auctionity.com/.
In the ‘Guides’ menu, you will get access to a detailed explanation on how Auctionity’s blockchain auctions work, including the Oracle philosophy and our yellow paper. Another section will show you how to download and customize a pre-made saleroom template that can be used to advertise auction sales on your website for example. No coding skills required, we take you through the process step-by-step. We also offer a step-by-step tutorial on how to integrate an auction widget on your website or blog, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Last but not least, you will also find the application to submit your NFT and have it added to the Auctionity saleroom. If you have any questions, please contact us on social media via Twitter, we will be happy to help.
We love to connect with the blockchain community and be part of the blockchain scene. We endeavor to create strong partnerships with NFT editors in order to add some depth to the platform. We are delighted to announce our partnership with CryptoMotors for a series of exclusive auction sales. CryptoMotors is a German startup dedicated to the creation of decentralized crypto-collectible cars powered by Ethereum.
The first exclusive sale will feature the GEN1 Abyssus Virtual Racer. This is the first car in CryptoMotors’ lineup created by and for the community. This model was designed by Korean automotive designer Joonyoung Koo, the winner of the first CryptoMotors Design Challenge. The asset will be put up for bids on the Auctionity platform next week and will end on August 14 at 11:30am (UTC+1). This will be an opportunity to acquire a unique asset and piece of History as it is the first CryptoMotor car created through a design contest, so get your wallets ready to bid!
We do continue to ramp up our efforts to evangelize the market, foster mass adoption and build Auctionity into the community and the main actors of the blockchain industry. We are positive that by making blockchain auctions easier and easier to grasp by the main public we will be able to achieve a wider visibility for Auctionity and the blockchain ecosystem. That is why we keep focusing our efforts on user experience and partnerships while also helping users get more and more familiar with blockchain auctions.
