Monthly News — February
The shortest month of the year is over but a few days less does not mean we accomplished less. Indeed, February has been a very positive month and has allowed our teams to keep moving forward full speed ahead on our blockchain auction project Auctionity.
There have been some exciting news coming our way and we have managed to make good progress on our Auctionity project. With a view to keep you informed and to share our achievements with our loyal supporters, here is our monthly report for February:
- Our MVP was released at the end of last month, just as scheduled, and we kept on track in February. The next step was to release Auctionity’s Open API and we did. The open API allows power users to customize the Auctionity widget and to test their own implementation of auction sales.
- Our team is growing to support our needs on the Auctionity project and we were excited to welcome 5 new arrivals this month. There was Roxane (UX/UI designer), Tom (front-end developer), Ludivine (digital marketing expert), Olivier (HR director) and Kevin (video content producer). We are still in the process of recruiting more talents and we will keep you updated as soon as we have found the best candidates to complete our team.
- The DRT was added on the Bancor Network and you can now trade DRT easily with any other token available on Bancor. No registration, no deposit, instant liquidity, it’s easy. Watch our video tutorial on how to trade DRT on Bancor here. You can also trade DRT on HitBTC and EtherDelta.
- DomRaider is partnering with the French technology manufacturer Archos to launch the Safe-T mini: a new hardware wallet to keep your crypto-currencies safe. It is set to be released in June 2018 and will cost around 50€. DomRaider and Archos were at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week to promote the wallet and the partnership.
What is in the works for March?
February has been an exciting month and the recently-enlarged teams are as motivated as ever to continue working towards the next milestones on the Auctionity roadmap. The next step on the roadmap is the release of our very own block explorer which will allow Auctionity users to see every transactions that have taken place on the Auctionity blockchain. All transactions are publicly recorded on the blockchain and users will be able to obtain more information about a given transaction. The block explorer will also help to demonstrate the fact that any action on the blockchain cannot be tampered with, thus reinforcing our claim of safer and more reliable real-time auctions.
We will also be welcoming more new arrivals scheduled in the following weeks, the team keeps growing and we are gaining even more speed and efficiency in the process.
We keep on taking actions to give more visibility to DomRaider, the Auctionity project and the DRT. This happens through the strengthening of existing partnerships and the creation of new ones while also finding new ways to reach our DRT holders and provide them with solutions that will make them feel even prouder to already be holding DomRaider tokens and to support us.
